Mikhail Malayev, 50, who resides in Chamblee, Ga is the name of the man according to the news and was arrested in Georgia.

No images have been posted to date of Malayev and the person driving the getaway car’s name is known but has yet to be released.

The picture immediately brought to mind an image of James Kallstrom though there is no way it could be him, and its likely not. Just that theres a resemblance in the photo.

Since I posted the first posting in responce to the case on this website, and since there was a posting with an Organized stalking Flyer which mentioned Charles Schumer, I felt the need to respond.

If you look at http://www.catchcanada.org/organizedstalking.htm you see that the corporate definition is in effect.

It is interesting to note the area where these flyers were found which was by Thornton and Burns.

I saw a man starring at me from a black jeep liberty at a parking lot after an in car navigation system actually changed directions and it looked for an alternative route on a routine location. I found this to be rather odd, and the man did NOT enter the facility I entered into nor waited for someone else. He just disappeared. As for the GPS in the navigation system, such would require a complex discussion on why navigation systems change routes, how the GPS system works, companies involved with the navigation system technologies themselves and the like as well as a host of other knowledge.

I kept thinking if the man I saw starring at me was this man and if this man was actually affiliated with government or the military industrial complex or a large American corporation. I could not get a side profile of the face and I did not have a copy of the image on me in digital form however I did have the image burned in my brain at the time and the resemblance was starking but inconclusive because I did NOT get a side profile look at the man.

The ironic part is that I passed by the park and Novo 64 on the road right before this murder happened.

Research in the case showed that both the mother AND father in the ACRIS database to be living at 2 addresses equidistant from the park in the middle. But then when I went to recheck the address, I could not find one of the addresses the 2nd time around.

Also someone was definitely looking at my image views of satellite imagery as I used MSN Virtual Earth for arial views and the server went down at the time on 11/15/07 in the evening. Previous views and the server was up which were looked at AFTER the incident happened and since the makeshift silencer was found.

I do NOT believe any children are at risk with this man quite frankly and the profile seems to be either a hired hitman or a man who has corporate/political interests at hand.
