Seems like the 2 parties formed a triangle around Annandale park since they both lived equidistance and the mother included her family member for the hit. Could more have been done to PREVENT this incident from happening in the first place is the real questionmark now. But the evidence seems to be clearcut for a conviction. Obviously court will have to review all the evidence and all, but to me from what I know right now this case seems to be cut and dry. Just one evil event. Thats all.
