Stoa's stuff may look nice, but their service was borderline insulting. No. It was flat-out insulting. The timeline they gave me of one month to restring two necklaces stretched into two months stretched into them not having done it at all. And they knew I was restringing them as a gift with a deadline that they broke when their initial month was passed with no work done. Did they offer to give me a discount for the delay? Nope. When I asked if I should go elsewhere, they said "yeah, maybe you should" and handed me back my broken necklaces. I'll never go back and never recommend them.

Yay for the Games Workshop mention! It seems they're having trouble renting out that store front so hopefully the GW store will stick around.
