I have toured the Holland House, and was grateful for the opportunity to photograph the facade and interior. I also researched its history, and it dates to the late 1920s. It was designed by the prolific architect Benjamin Braunstein, and has a combination of Art Deco and Old English features. The ceilings are high, the rooms have wood floors, are ideal in size, and features moldings. The apartments have commanding views. There is also a private courtyard for use of residents. The building once had a roof garden, which provided recreation. </p> <p>I hope your listing will result in a sale.
