I keep telling everyone to just block her and never, ever respond to anything she says....only if she is completely ignored and denied the attention she craves will she give up. But everyone here just has too much fun playing with her.

Eric, she was ignored for many many months but it didn't matter. She didn't "give up" in the least. That technique doesn't work for everyone.
As far as having fun with her goes, I'd much prefer she found a different place to spam, but as long as she's here, we may as well make the best of it.
