After months of empty space, the windows are papered up and the old, black awning is gone. No permits posted as of this morning, but the paper is usually a sign that construction is about to begin.
Does anyone know what's going into the space next to Dmitry (tie store) on Austin Street?

Jewels is correct. Brownie place is taking over Latin Cabana, has advertising post card and building permits in the window. This is not that space.
