Thanks, Shayna, for this recipe. It sounds awesome, and Costco has great canned salamon in their Kirkland line. I'd leave off the radishes, maybe try something else for the scales, because I hate radishes.

You are welcome. I use red salmon, rather than pink, as I'm told it has more flavor. I usually am so pressed for time by the time that I am unmolding it that I don't do the decorating. People eat it anyway!

I think it also has to do with keeping portion sizes small for calorie/fat counts.
Flo, switch to Popcorners White Cheddar. I used to have a serious Smartfood addiction but stopped because it wasn't the healthiest. Tried Popcorners earlier this year and I'm completely obsessed with them. Such a great texture. The White Cheddar flavor is similar to Smartfood, although slightly lighter. I also think there's a good amount of product in the package.
