Wow. I hitchhiked through Oklahoma City in 1973. Most people I talked to had never met an Asian person before. I met one young Chinese-American woman there, and she was SO happy to meet me!!! I wonder what it’s like now. Looking forward to your report!

Perhaps you’ll return with a whole new appreciation for the Forest Hills food scene. But then again maybe Oklahoma City has fabulous restaurants. But I sort of doubt it.

Steve– Hurry back! There are 2 bank grand openings coming up and Buttons-R-Us is moving in on the competition– should be a fierce fight to the finish.
Also- five more Cord Meyer homes have been demolished since you left for Ok.
